Potholes
Patching is the process of filling potholes with asphalt. Quick repair of potholes will control further deterioration and expensive repair of the pavement. Without timely patching, water can enter the subgraade and cause larger and more serious failures.
Catch Basins
Catch basins are used to remove excess water from the roadways and properties. Over extended period of time with heavy traffic ect., the bricks and concrete begin to degrade causing the asphalt around them to crack. If not repaired the condition will worsen and may lead to a total resurface of the area.

It's normal for driveways to settle and sink over time making the asphalt lower them your garage floor. Leaving the asphalt sunk below the garage door could lead to water pooling in the depression, seeping into the soil below and eventually damaging the driveway.
